After receiving a booking request, our staff will check room availability and proceed with the booking; if no rooms are available, you will receive a notification via SMS or KakaoTalk and your booking request will be canceled.
All bookings are processed based on actual room availability, and the final booking confirmation may take approximately 1 to 3 days. If confirmation cannot be obtained, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
